Don't grade your own homework
Your advice on Article 50 eventually needs a record: what did the client's site actually show a visitor, and when? A screenshot the client takes of their own site is undated, unhashed, and theirs. DisclosureProof is the independent step — a scanner that opens the site the way a visitor does, reads what the chat widget says, and seals what it observed into a dated, hashed record you can put in the file.
What a scan is, in one paragraph
The scanner loads the page in a real browser, dismisses the cookie wall, opens the chat widget, reads its first message — and, on sites the account owner has verified, asks the assistant directly whether it is an AI and records the answer. Findings are graded against a dated rule pack covering the four Article 50 duties, and every finding carries its captured evidence: screenshots, timestamps, and a SHA-256 manifest. The finding vocabulary is detected / not detected / could not verify. You will not find the word “compliant” anywhere in a report — that is deliberate, and it is why the record is useful to you: the legal conclusion stays yours, and what we hand you is narrower and defensible.
The workflow, at three depths
Triage the client list — free
The free scan takes any public URL, homepage-deep, no signup, about ninety seconds. Run it across the book to see which clients have a chat widget, which disclose, and which need a conversation. The diagnosis is never gated.
No client involvement needed · public pages only · robots.txt respectedCommission the record — Evidence Pack, per client
Where the finding matters, an Evidence Pack (€79 once, VAT included) seals the scan as a dated PDF with its evidence manifest and adds a separate deep crawl of up to 100 pages, delivered as its own report. It runs on any public site — no DNS records, no client IT ticket — and is kept for a year.
No verification required · 100 pages · retained 365 daysPut the portfolio on retainer — Business
For ongoing engagements, the Business plan (€200/month) monitors up to ten sites on a daily or weekly cadence, re-scanning and writing to you when a disclosure drifts — with the before and after kept as evidence. Deep 500-page crawls and monitoring require the client's domain to be verified under your account (a DNS TXT record or a meta tag — a one-time, five-minute step for the client's webmaster), and Evidence Pack PDFs are included without per-scan purchases.
Verification required for depth & monitoring · 10 sites · subscription-lifetime retentionWhite-label, precisely scoped
On the Business plan, sealed PDF reports carry your firm's name on the cover in place of ours, with a provenance line — “prepared by {your firm} using DisclosureProof” — in the footer. That is the deliverable you hand a client or file with a matter. The scoping is deliberate and worth knowing before you rely on it: the PDF is white-labelled; the online report and the scanner itself remain DisclosureProof-branded. The PDF's link is also stable across regenerations, so the copy you hand to opposing counsel or a regulator keeps resolving.
What the evidence is worth, stated honestly
Two different properties, and we keep them separate because your opposite number will. Integrity is independently checkable: the evidence manifest is hashed with SHA-256, and anyone — you, the client, a regulator, opposing counsel — can recompute the hashes at /verify/ or with a shell command, without trusting us. Authenticity — that the seal is ours — is an HMAC signature we confirm on request; it is a shared-secret signature, so that half does rest on our answer, and we say so rather than imply more. No statistical AI-text detection is used anywhere, and no likelihood scores are published: nothing goes into the record that we could not defend line by line.
DisclosureProof provides automated technical checks for informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and does not certify compliance. Consult qualified counsel — which, here, is you.
